He obtained a PhD in Education at Southwest University Chongquig and worked as assistant at Tong Ren High School before starting a position as lecturer at Tong Ren Vocational School in 2000. In 2008 he received an appointment from Tong Ren University where he is now Dean of the College for Continuing Education.
