Transitional management

Transitional management encompasses individual and institutional aspects. A cooperative process is used to link individual support for young people with locally accessible provision of education, training, work and socio-pedagogical support. Provision and providers are networked whilst publicly legitimised bodies manage the transitional processes and overall regional provision.
