Occupation-related and employment-related research to determine, analyse and review the qualification and regulation requirement;
Long-term monitoring of technical, organisational, trade/industry-related, social and international developments;
Structural and curricular development of initial and continuing vocational education and training occupations;
Implementation and evaluation of regulatory instruments for initial and continuing vocational education and training occupations;
Development of “Structuring training” implementation aids for new and updated occupations
Conceptional development for the structuring of the vocational education and training system;
Research, consulting and provision of information in the following occupational areas:
medical technical occupations in the skilled crafts
medical commercial occupations
occupations in body care
occupations household management
Research (analyses, studies) and information regarding full-time school-based education and training courses which do not fall under the Vocational Training Act/Crafts and Trades Regulation Code; in particular in the areas of health, education and social services.
Examiners portal - continued development and expansion of an information and advisory facility for examination personnel
Documentation and maintenance of the web presence (occupational pages) for government-approved initial and continuing vocational education and training occupations
Creation of a directory of recognised training occupations (incl. the authorities responsible)
