Duties

• Provision of information, training, advice and support to employees and Institute management
• Maintenance of the directory of procedures
• Prior checking in the event of particularly high-risk data processing
• Contact partner for information requests from parties affected and from applications for information
• Support with the capturing and utilization of research data in accordance with data protection requirements
• Review of contracts and cooperation agreements with respect to data protection regulations
• Development of security concepts in collaboration with the IT security manager and in consultation with the specialist departments
• Implementation and further development of the level of data protection
