Interpretation
Balancing along qualification levels on the supply side and requirement levels on the demand side disregards the given occupational mobility. The supply side is differenciated by the highest professional qualification, regardless of the actual occupation. In fact, persons can also be employed at an inadequate level. The following table shows the probability of employed persons with given qualification levels being employed at given requirement levels in 2021.
